The OCT team was divided into several groups, where they received each of the training modules. Each group was composed in such a way it included well-experienced specialists as well as new staff specialists at OCT so the knowledge and experience of each person could benefit for the whole group. The participants were represented by monitors, project managers, coordinators, regulator and logistics managers, and other OCT specialists.

The modules were given in different ways some of them being for team performance, and some being more independent and aimed mostly at an individual work. The training included a lot of workshops with the aim of delivering additional information on the pharmaceutical industry, the different stages of drug development, clinical trials, project performance, etc.

Another key aspect of the training was to develop leadership and team structure. Certain sessions were mainly based on group games, the aim being to get and refresh the needed knowledge and strengthen the core team skills. The goal of definite trainings was also to develop general skills important for result-oriented and successful work (e.g., time management, focused attention, distribution of day tasks, leadership, etc.) On the final training day, the major conclusions and the participants` feedback was summarized, which will be taken into account while preparing for the next year corporate training. Each participant underwent a GCP test and after its successful pass – received a GCP refreshment and corporate SOPs training certificate.

For OCT, this kind of joint corporate activities constitutes one of the ways to strengthen the quality, team work, and success of OCT as a company, which aims at delivering high-quality services in due time.
