Since our foundation in 2005 we have successfully managed more than 70 trials in various therapeutic areas.
Each project at OCT is assigned a Project Manager (PM). OCT PMs educational backgrounds range from biologist to MD’s. Our project managers have at least five or more years of clinical experience. We have Project Managers in Russia and across Eastern Europe.
Before each project start PMs ensure that study team can work efficiently to meet project objectives. PMs work closely with regulatory, clinical, quality assurance, medical writing, data management, safety departments and vendors.
OCT PMs together with study team write proper execution plans upfront so that study team could manage the study on time, within study budget while maintaining high quality.
PMs are responsible for study specific and standard operating procedures trainings to OCT study team.
During the study Project Managers control communication with study team by means of team meetings, internal teleconferences, periodic status reporting, e-mail updates.
OCT is able to provide our clients with a hands-off approach. OCT Project Managers work proactively to predict problems, analyze trends and develop options for solutions and make recommendations. Sponsor can step back and allow OCT to be the implementer.
