Project Manager
As a Project Manager, Elena Startseva is responsible for the full-service project management of the local and international clinical studies across phases I-IV in a number of different therapeutic areas, including, but not limited to, peadiatrics, oncology, CNS and other. Elena has started working in the industry in 2005 and has a deep knowledge and expertise in the field of clinical research.
Prior to joining the OCT team, Elena worked for Quintiles GesmbH as a Clinical Study Manager.
Elena holds Bachelor's Degree in sports from St. Petersburg State University of Physical Culture and Sport, Doctor of Medicine degree from the St. Petersburg Peadiatric Medical Academy, she completed residencies in forensic and general pathology.
