President
Dmitry Sharov has a decade experience in clinical research, he is a founder of two mid-size CROs in Russia. Since 2005 he is the owner and president of OCT.
Prior to founding OCT, Dmitry was:
- 2005-present Stockholder and President of OCT - Clinical trials in Central and Eastern Europe
- 2000-2005 Stockholder and CEO of RCT, CRO in Russia
- 1996-2000 Financial Consultant of Investing Company
- 1994-1996 Stockholder and board member of KBank Perspective SPB
Dmitry is responsible for the establishment of the corporate vision and business strategy for the company. Dmitry’s objective is to grow the company to the size of 100 employees and open new offices in Eastern and Central Europe. Dmitry usually meets challenges with humor.
Dmitry holds a degree in HR Management from Financial and Economics Institute. In his free time Dmitry enjoys yachting.
