Project Manager, Head of Office in Ukraine, MD
As Head of Ukrainian Office of OCT Alena is responsible for all administrative and financial operations.
Additionally, as Project Manager Alena monitors the work of all Investigators’ sites and provides link between OCT and investigators; supervising and training of CRAs. The main responsibilities of Alena as Project Manager are to ensure that clinical trials are conducted in accordance with the highest quality standards and subjects rights guarantee.
Alena has an extensive experience in monitoring of all phases of clinical trials in accordance with FDA regulations, local regulations, good clinical practices and . She has been with OCT since 2009.

Alena holds MD degree of Lugansk State Medical University
