Established in 2005, OCT is a full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) operating in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

With offices in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Baltic States and Bulgaria and more than 85 clinical research professionals across CEE, OCT provides high quality and cost effective services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies.

Our headquarters are based in St. Petersburg, Russia. OCT international and highly skilled multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive product development services for biopharmaceuticals and devices.
